Chaudhry Sajjad Haider Memorial Hospital and Training Centre, a philanthropic endeavor by CHEF International, was initiated following the generous donation of 1 acre of prime land in Gujrat district by Mr. Ahmed Jawad, a retired Federal secretary and philanthropist. The civil work for the first phase is near completion, with deep gratitude extended to all donors, local supporters, and philanthropists for their noble contributions in 2023.
Special acknowledgment goes to HBL bank for their substantial support of 20 million towards the hospital's construction. Currently, temporary facilities are providing primary health and eye care services to the deserving population of the district and surrounding areas. The progress against the set targets for the year 2023 is elaborated in this report.
